From January 3rd to 5th, the 2018 Hainan Marine Industry Development Conference will be held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. The conference included four major events: Hainan Marine Industry Development Conference, Hainan Marine Industry Transformation and Innovation Development Roundtable Forum, Hainan Marine Eco-Sustainable Development High-end Closed-door Conference, and Marine High-tech and Engineering Equipment Exhibition.

At the Ocean High-tech and Engineering Equipment Exhibition, Haikou, Sanya, Wenchang, Danzhou, Wanning, Dongfang, and Yangpu Economic Development Zones of Hainan Province all set up exhibition halls to showcase the achievements made in the marine field.
